As a therapist with two decades of experience, I've spent the last several years dedicated to building a private practice that welcomes individuals from all walks of life. My approach is rooted in compassion and collaboration, with a focus on fostering growth and self-awareness. When I'm not in the office, you can find me spending time with my family, enjoying the company of my dogs, savoring a good cup of coffee, or indulging in my love for rom-coms and cult documentaries. I believe in living authentically and embracing new experiences.
